Lilian Bacich, diretora da Tríade Educacional e doutora em psicologia escolar pela USP, participa de momentos de formação continuada para educadores da Educação Infantil ao Ensino Médio trazendo o tema “Ensino Híbrido: experiências de aprendizagens significativas”.
Falar em ensino híbrido é falar em personalização da aprendizagem. Ele não diz respeito apenas ao momento atual em que o ensino presencial e on-line se intensificam. A cultura digital presente nas salas de aulas presenciais são aprendizagens híbridas.
Lilian e os professores conversaram sobre várias estratégias para que as aulas, em especial no ensino remoto, sejam cada vez mais dinâmicas e coloquem o aluno no centro do processo e o professor como o responsável pelas conexões nas variadas estratégias.
“Sabemos que tomar as melhores decisões, neste momento que estamos, não é algo simples, pois há vários fatores envolvidos. Porém, as escolhas a serem feitas devem estar bem embasadas e ter como foco a aprendizagem ativa dos estudantes. Apenas dessa forma conseguiremos desenvolver competências essenciais como pensamento crítico, resolução de problemas, colaboração, comunicação e criatividade!”, com esta frase extraída do livro da palestrante, a coordenadora Silvia Azevedo, representando a direção e a equipe pedagógica encerrou mais este importante momento de formação.
